    Hours of Operation: Standard hours of operation for the Business Office are 8:00 am until 5:00 pm and Box Office Hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. Special Business and Box Office hours are observed during on-sale-dates, peak ticketing periods and show dates.

    Box Office: The Crown Center makes available to all lessees a full service Box Office. This service is available on both percentage rental and flat fee rental agreements.

    Insurance: Lessee must provide a public liability insurance policy in which lessee, Cumberland County Coliseum Complex and Cumberland County Civic Center Commission are named as insured, with a minimum policy combined single limit of $1,000,000 covering injuries, including death, sustained by one or more persons and/or property damage. Policy must be voice of exclusions to include, but not limited to alcohol exclusion, Med-Pay exclusions, General Admission/Festival Exclusions. Any policies/certificates with the aforementioned exclusions will not be accepted. All certificates of insurance must be on file with the Coliseum Complex prior to on sale date for ticketed events and no less than 14 days from event for non-ticketed events.

    Ticketing Services: Ticketing services for the Crown Center are provided through Ticketmaster at 910-223-2900. For a complete list of outlets or additional ticketing information and related charges, contact the Box Office at 910-438-4100.

    Marketing and Public Relations: The Crown Center's in-house marketing staff offers full service event marketing, including media buying, promotion, publicity, group sales and sponsorship sales. Call the Crown Center Marketing Department at 910-438-4121 for additional information.

    Food and Beverage Service: Food and beverage service for the Crown Center is under the discretion of Centerplate. This includes catering, concessions, temporary food vendors, novelty sales and operations and alcoholic beverages. Any questions regarding these items should be directed to the following:
